Helpdesk Portal Moved

Effective April 1, 2026, all IT service requests must be raised through Darwinbox Helpdesk.

This applies to all service requests, including development, infrastructure, network, and related IT support activities.

Requests shared over email, RocketChat, or phone may still be used for discussion or clarification, but they will not be treated as official service requests unless a ticket is logged in Darwinbox Helpdesk.

Any tickets raised through helpdesk.conceptmedical.com will be closed in the existing portal.
